Effect I've shown to have on people in this fandom from time to time that I am proud of is making them actually speak their opinions and put them in the TAGS! Like, you guys don't know how it feels, to see someone go from "no I am afraid to say a thing because I don't want to be harassed" to "fuck it we ball tonight *passionately disagrees with the takes of toxic popular people and tags the post with fandom and character* 😎"

Like... guys, this IS the way to go, okay? More of you should finally beat it in your head that bullies draw their power from people that are AFRAID of them! If nobody covered in fear before them, they'd be nothing but stupid clowns in their stupid echo-chambers that just block away from the world and eventually having no one left to torture eat their own! This is NOT the norm when people are scared to post their interpretations in the fandom for videogames that specifically demand interpretations, shamefully resort to lurking in some private Discord servers just to share their art and thoughts, stay away from discussing a character they like because too many toxic fans put their claws on them and so on! I don't understand why many people are okay with this kind of fandom experience? And so many of them are older than me or unlike me have enough reputation to make REAL difference in the fandom, why?? I don't remember who owns a blog for suggesting headcanons for Soulsborne games but iirc they allowed bullies to scare them into making a rule against suggesting headcanons about Gwyndolin's gender because "people are mean to each other so it's a nono now and Gwyndolin is only they/them now 🥺". Like.... congratulations, you've betrayed the very point of your blog, which is to share different headcanons, to do what? To cover in fear before jerks that didn't grasp the concept of "up to interpretation"? He’s too anxious now that you’re not in his line of sight, making him kinda desperate to get you back again

Hear me out but I think the calmest ones would PROBABLY be Shiro and Pidge

Now I’m not saying that they’re CALM but they have the nerves mostly in tact

They’re already trying to locate where you are with the secret tracker that have on you so it doesn’t really benefit them to try and blame someone for what happened to you

Pidge’s hands shake while she’s working her whizz tho. She has to type, erase, and retype every now and then because of how nervous and anxious she is

She’s so used to having you around that now her brain can’t function properly without you

She doesn’t want to lose you like how she lost her brother and father so Pidge is trying her best to have a one track mind

Shiro on the other hand is more level headed

He really does try to calm the group down as best as he could but with Lance and Hunk crying, Keith yelling at them to get up and do something, Pidge taking a long time to track you down, and Allura and Coran seemingly in an entire different universe, he can’t help but feel the pressure of this disaster falling on his shoulders

This man is ready to just end Lotor when they find him like I’m not even joking

Everyone is getting on this man’s nerves and knowing that you’re trapped with Voltrons enemy doesn’t really make him feel any better

Hunk might even strike fear into Shiro while he’s babbling on about if you’re hurt or not, if they’re torturing you to get any information out of you etc

Poor Hunk is a flood gate at this point. One moment you’re right next to him and the next you’re not

He’s having a complete meltdown in a corner, maybe trying to comfort himself with a small picture of a selfie you both took together

This dude is already imagining all these terrible scenarios you could possibly be in which makes him feel even more terrible

Quite literally feels like he’s gonna throw up now when he begins thinking about how he’ll never see you again

Allura and Coran are surprising quite and calm during all this

They’d keep to themselves but know that they’re going through some extreme inner turmoil

It’s kind of like Allura disconnected herself from the world ever since you’ve been taken

Her skin itches to run out and grab a pod to find you herself but she knows it’s a brash idea

The only thing she does is mull over the idea of making Lotor regret messing with Voltron

They are willing to do anything to get you back, not caring for the description they’ll leave along the way

The longer your gone the less control and stability they’ll have as a group

Desperate and irrational are some words to describe them during your being away from them

They will stop at nothing to have you back with them, some more destructive and violent than others

No one holds back when getting you back from Lotor, leaving his ships wrecked and forcing him to put his plans on pause as he recovers

Who knows, maybe him and his group might’ve grown similar possessive feelings towards you as well with the time you spent with them? HMMMM

obviously this is an unhelpful thing to say. i dont think that makes reid evil, or a bad friend, i think it makes him a twenty-four-year-old who's struggling to understand a situation he's never been in.

i dont think elle resents him for it. im sure there's frustration, deservedly so, but i dont think it's targeted at reid, more at the general sense of Nobody Is Getting Me. especially this expression here:

in the moment, this doesnt read to me as anger. it's certainly not a happy smile; she's not comforted by what reid says because it's not a comforting thing to say, and i think it sort of develops into anger later, but in the moment, she doesn't resent him for not being able to say the right thing. again, there's frustration, because he doesn't get it. he can't (not yet, anyway). a part of her wishes he did, a part of her wishes somebody did, and yet a different part of her hopes none of them ever do, because it's an awful, awful thing to understand.

i headcanon that reid and elle stay in contact after elle leaves, but i dont think its immediate. i flipflop between two reasons

reid doesnt reach out because he feels guilty, like if he had just said the right words in the right order in that motel room, she would have stayed. i think this is generally how reid responds to abandonment (and sometimes just conflict in general). if i had just said the right thing, done that differently, been better, i could have fixed it. boy is...a little emotionally stunted. if he was a stage of grief he would be bargaining. do you get me.

reid does reach out, but elle doesn't respond. maybe she's still angry about him not being able to Get It, maybe she wants to distance herself from the bau in general, maybe him not Getting It hurts in particular because they were quite close, etc.

either way, they get back in contact post s02e15, when reid texts her a barely coherent rambling apology for that night, how it was an unsympathetic and unhelpful thing to say, and he does get it now, and he's sorry, there is no winning—

So, maybe I’m overanalyzing word choice, but I can’t exactly remember if twins in jjk share a single soul or not, because iirc, Sukuna consumed his twin in the womb as well as his soul.

Now call me a liar or whatever but I’ve had this reincarnation headcanon for Sukuna and the Itadori’s for like two years now and believed it followed a pattern of one twin being born each generation and that Wasuke was Sukuna’s human reincarnation and Jin his twins THUS meaning that Yuji would be the next Sukuna reincarnation.

SO, with that all said, I still dont believe that Wasuke is Sukuna’s twin reborn; his sour disposition and looks are so damn similar to Sukuna (and thus Yuji(looks)) compared to Jin, it makes more sense to me since Akutami specified that Wasuke shares a soul with Sukuna. AND considering Wasuke’s concern for Yuji following in his footsteps (and thus Sukuna’s) as a karmic reincarnation of the King of Curses (guy who does a lot of mean and bad things in his life and dies alone), it just makes more sense to me? As far as I know, Wasuke cared deeply for Jin, just as Sukuna would have cared for his family had he been given the chance (and thus shown when he adopted Uraume and pretended like he did it for a selfish reason as if he didnt find Ura’s loneliness painfully close).

Idk yall, I see these parallels and comparing them to the other canonical twins (Maki and Mai, Toji and Jinichi), twins arent the same person, they dont act the same, they dont have the same goals, and when their heart dies, heavenly restriction and the other’s cursed energy becomes absolute. So considering Toji and Maki didnt eat their twins, I think it makes sense that they wouldve become exceedingly powerful as Sukuna did.

This has been a long ramble and, like I said, I could be reading too far into it, but man, having a headcanon for as long as I have that (maybe twisted to my views) suits new canon, seeing people call Sukuna and Wasuke twins irks me because it just doesn’t make sense to me. Drawings + Rants + Headcanons/Naruto AU

i finally had some time to draw my versions of tean seven (minus kakashi). im gonna detail more of my AU later in the post but here are the designs and some notes.

For sasuke, in one of my other posts i had the theory that sasuke keeps his hair short to avoid resembling itachi, and thats why it is longer in time skip, because he is coming to terms with his trauma and still loves itachi. I also gave him similar creases to itachi, just from stress.

tbh im not too sure about this naruto design…but at least he isnt balding like before💀.

for sakura, i actually really like her older design, so i just drew her working. she would have her hair up and i gave her sakura blossom hair pins and eyeshadow.

also i havent drawn in forever so..thats why its messy.

(the rest of this is me rambling on..)

Now for changes i made to the story:

1. Narusasu endgame (yk im a stan)

I would have both of them be joint hokages, so technically both are the 7th. I know Sasuke is referred to as the shadow hokage, but that doesn’t really entail anything. I think it’s important because Sasuke would know just how important reform is for the village and shinobi system, but since people are still suspicious of Uchihas, Naruto would be the face. This fulfills Naruto’s dream, which when you really think about it, his dream was just to be loved, not really to be a politician. Naruto has seen how unfair and corrupt their society is, so he would completely work with Sasuke to make sure things like Danzo and Hiruzen’s corruption, child soldiers, hyuuga slavery and the “Uchiha Incident” dont happen again. I could explain more of this in a later post.

2. I would have Hinata look up to Sakura more, instead of Naruto.

I think it makes a bit more sense, Sakura is brave, outspoken and independent, just like Hinata wants to be. I would have Sakura be her first friend, since she can’t stand to see people be excluded or alone. That leads me into changes I would make for Sakura’s story.

3. Sakura. In the original, I would keep her kind of bratty attitude until things get serious in the Zabuza arc. Seeing her close friends so close to death, while not being able to help much would challenge her to become a protector. This also gives motivation for her to learn healing and medicine when Tsunade comes around. Sakura would be the “rock” or “glue” of team seven, which makes sense because she is the only one of them that came from a stable home.

Sakura initially resents Sasuke for betraying the team, but seeing how dedicated Naruto is to saving him, she decides its worth it to help bring him back. Besides if she didn’t, naruto would just endager himself trying.

4. Sasuke. I would have Sasuke after he realizes Itachi was manipulated into a genocide to protect the village, still go through him “i’m gonna destroy the village” phase, but when Naruto defeats him, they make a promise to change things, so no one else will have to suffer like that. I would also show more of the psychological effects of witnessing Itachi’s murders. One of my headcanons is that he’s pretty thin, since trauma survivors tend to have chronic stomach pains. He’s probably pretty paranoid about others betraying him, so he does it to them first (probably why he pushes naruto away so much). Sasuke is also probably still ostracized or “othered” for being an uchiha, since that is what the village is told about them. People still pity him, but dont come near him.

5. Naruto. 😭I actually made up a whole theory on why Hiruzen didn’t take great care of naruto, bc to me it just doesn’t make sense. it’s kinda a dumb theory and doesn’t rlly have anything to do with canon, but- what if Minato wanted to expose the corruption in the hidden leaf and get rid of the foundation, so as a sort of revenge, or just general distaste for Minato, Hiruzen doesn’t really provide for Naruto. 🤷‍♀️idk. A change I would make is to have naruto mature more to match his age. Like ofc it makes sense for him to act out for attention esp when he was younger, but i feel like past shippuden..he didn’t really mature at all? maybe thats just me. I’ll probably have more stuff to add for him, i’ll think of it later or put it in my headcanons post.

the boy wonder: dick grayson!

aka: my design of him (casual), his nightwing costume, and his robin costume!

part 1/? because I'm planning to draw my headcanons of the rest of the family too! 💙💙, my headcanons and thought process below the cut ꒰⁠⑅⁠ᵕ⁠༚⁠ᵕ⁠꒱⁠˖⁠♡ (I'm insane) (I'm gonna ramble a lot)

FIRST !! His casual outfit (+ other small things) (this is going to be very long)

first things first i wanted him to be very blue because it helps me differentiate each sibling (+ steph) and have a color pallette because I'm not a character designer at all and if you ask me to combine colors I'll cry in agony, so Dick obviously got blue!! HOWEVER I didn't want to give him bright BRIGHT blue because i wanted dick to look, not soft? but approachable. I hc him to work with kids, maybe as a teacher or as an instructor, because I can't see him as a cop at all (aside from undercover maybe, which if i remember correctly is why he was a cop in the first place) in the long-term—and so I used colors that are mostly soft / not very bright because they're not very stimulating for kids or could distract them too much, and can also tend to be sorta soothing / calming ?? soft colors can help kids focus and soothe them

which is what brings me to my other point, which was drawing with small details to make him look more welcoming and approachable and not threatening at all, at least not as dick grayson, was giving him bushy eyebrows, messy hair and big(?) eyes!! there's not big explanation to that, just that when giving him small details like those i try to follow the theme i gave him in the first place

Aside from that, I like to think his bad fashion sense is a conscious decision. As in he knows how to dress properly, and he can design good suits, but he consciously chooses obnoxious things or things that don't match just for the giggles. Why not. (I'm a firm believer that Discowing should come back it was a great suit). He dresses very well but some days he will show up at the Manor looking like an unicorn threw up on him and being a walking fashion crime and acts unaware to it. Why not.

Other small thing is the necklace!! i was going to draw it to be a four-leaf clover but couldnt draw it so it just ended like that. It has a picture of himself + his fam, a picture that Tim took, so Dick edited Tim's face into the photo with photoshop so in the middle of it there's Tim's floating face

I also hc Dick with another height! I know he's 5'10", which is close to 178cm if I'm correct, but I actually hc him to be shorter, and to be small since he was a kid but having The Growth Spurt when he was around or so! It's only a few cms, I just hc him to be 174cm lol, it's only a 4 cm difference

Last thing which is totally self-indulgent, those dark spots on Dick's neck, knuckles and elbows are because I hc him to have insulin resistance! Because I do since I was a kid, and because why not. I looked it up and it's apparently called 'Acanthosis nigricans' (im fully healthy btw dont worry 👊), I just wanted Dick to have it

I also hc Dick to be genderqueer and bi&demisexual but that has nothing to do with his design

Now!!! Nightwing!!!!!

This was more easier and there's not a lot of different things, but I added some things I like,

Since Dick has long hair, and I'm a firm believer of the fact that hairstyles change how someone can perceive you/recognize you (or maybe I just have bad memory and can't memorize faces at all), I made him tie his hair but also have it a bit more messy, to change from his usual hair look (which is leaving his hair down)

Aside from that, I just added more blue to his suit by adding a few things, his collar (which is the best part of his discowing suit!!!!!!! aside from the colors!!!!), and gave him back his gauntles which I can't draw so they look strange! That, and I gave him a belt with small.bags??? things??? (HOW ARE THEY CALLED IN ENGLISH) where he keeps some stuff he needs like smoke bombs etc etc, they're not filled with those trinkets and are very light so they won't bother him when he does his flips, and it's tied very well so it won't fall off (it happened). so now he can store things on his belt and on his gauntlets instead of his sticks that I forgot how they're called in english

and now...... The Child (aka Devil incarnate)

Following the same theme of looking approaching and good and blahblah but even more. I made his hair curlier because unlike Older Dick who actually tries to brush it and fails miserably, when he was younger he didn't care and climbed every single furniture in the Manor whenever Alfred tried to force him to brush it, inspired by the fact I used to hate to brush my hair as a kid

He also has those dark marks because of the insuline resistance, and I gave him knee pads (?) because there's no way Bruce would let him out like that with only That costume as protection. Overall I didn't change a lot from the canon design?

He's also short, because why not. It makes it funnier to think about being a criminal and a literal 8 year old who barely reaches a bit above ur hip beats your ass. i wouldn't show my face ever again .

I also hc that he Put the fear of god into the rogues gallery (i dont remember how theyre called as a group in english im gonna cry). while Jason did that with the gotham criminals(not rogues, but others, he was cute and all but also very VICIOUS against them, especially those who messed with kids . robin gave him the magic but the magic to break their collarbones, but this isnt about him), Dick was very very VERY annoying to them. the Joker hates him because Dick loudly says how the Joker sucks as a clown and has an obnoxiously long list of every single way the Joker fails as a clown. The Riddler hates him. Penguin hates him. Everyone hates him. They hear a kid laugh and are like '😨 ROBIN' even though Robin is now an adult man. he gave them ptsd. u know that creepy kid laugh? thats exactly how dick laughed to creep them out. it also creeped out the gotham criminals but Dick was specially mean to the gotham rogues . imagine being one of them and after going through the nightmare that is meeting an 8 year old (truly traumatizing) that later kicked ur ass, is hearing robin get sleepy and having to go home because he has a bedtime. a kid with a bedtime beat you. a kid who has to go to school and has to learn how to count to 1000 beat you. I would cry

A small thing I like to think even if it's not included is that in one of his pockets he keeps candies !! both for him and for kids he saves with batman. Batman checks he's not eating all of them because what's worse than an angry and hyperactive eight year old is an angry and hyperactive eight year old mid-sugar rush. no one recovered after that night.

dissecting stanford pines and finding organs that don’t exist but like in a metaphorical way

that’s it that’s the title i’m going with. this is a long one folks o7

most of this isn’t sourced or canon at all it’s just personal interpretation/headcanon/whatever else u wanna call it, but!! since more people are seeing my deranged gravity falls ramblings now i figure i should probably give some perspective as to why i like/defend ford as much as i do

(in my other gf posts i do try to stick to canon to back up whatever point i’m making - this is just about my personal opinion of ford as a character, and should be able to be thrown out in regards to my other posts)

so for some background/setup/whatever (it’s important i promise bear with me), different people have different instinctual responses to anxiety/stress. i come from a family (genetics are fun) where the default response is to start (metaphorically ofc) biting and hissing like a cornered animal. this doesn’t necessarily mean there’s any actual hatred or malice or anything towards the people that end up getting scratched - they might just be at the wrong place at the wrong time, they might’ve done something super minor and insignificant that added on to a preexisting pile of stress, etc etc

i cannot stress enough that i am not saying this is ok. you dont need me to tell you that hurting people who don’t deserve it is a bad thing, lol. what i am saying though is that sometimes people can kind of suck for reasons other than just genuinely wanting everyone around them to be miserable

this is the last “background” part i swear BUT another thing thats less genetic and more just me being weird is that i’m the type of person where like. any minor environmental change can really stress me out lol. like even just reorganizing my desk can be pretty emotionally taxing

SO. finally back on topic. stanford pines. i see a lot of the behavior/patterns i just described in him. like i’ve spent my entire life around people like this, and while i understand why a lot of people see him as just some asshole, i can’t help but see him as a guy who’s just kinda going through it lol

just talking about the more recent events as of the series, he’s just spent 30 years god knows where doing and seeing god knows what, he has an abusive ex who wants to murder him and his entire family (plus the whole dimension, really), and in the three decades he’s been gone the entire world - including his own house - has changed and left him behind. add onto that that he went missing in 1982, way before we had all of the emotional/mental health resources we have now, we all saw what the stans’ childhood was like, and that ford is terrible with people - including, imo, himself. if there’s anybody out there who would have Feelings and not understand what they are or where they’re coming from or what to do about them, it’s this guy

this entire setup is the perfect circumstance for fear and anxiety and stress and uncertainty to all get translated into anger. a really big example of this, to me, is how he talks about dipper in journal 3. i’ve talked about this before somewhere so i’ll try to summarize as fast as i can lol

reading his initial entry about dipper would make u think he like. hates this kid lol. but i really don’t think he ever did - he was really excited to meet the kids in the show and already seemed to care about them just by virtue of existing, and his opinion on dipper in journal 3 seems to do a complete 180 pretty quickly which ,,, doesn’t really fit ford as a character. like i love the man but that guy can hold a GRUDGE

here’s how it reads to me:

ford gets back to his home dimension after 30 years and everything is different

he’s subconsciously kind of struggling with the fact that he doesn’t really have a “home” anymore - the sense of familiarity and comfort that would normally come with the word is gone. (i specify that it’s subconscious because, like i said earlier, i do not get the vibe that he’s particularly aware of his own emotions)

he finds out that journal 3 - something he made with his own two hands and considers part of his life’s work - has also changed in the decades he’s been gone. this adds to the feeling of unfamiliarity with the world around him

it’s easier to blame that “final straw” and say that he’s just upset about his work being tampered with rather than address the actual root of the problem, so that’s exactly what he does. this still doesn’t mean that there’s any genuine hatred towards dipper. anger in the moment, yeah, but not hatred

again, this is entirely personal interpretation, and i completely understand if u don’t see it like this!! this is just a pattern of thoughts/behavior that i’m very familiar with, so it’s easy for me to apply it to situations like this even if it’s not really part of the canon

i also think there’s a big problem in this fandom with just ,, not seeing ford as a Person with Emotions? idk how to explain it but it feels like people expect him to always know exactly what to do in every situation just bc he’s old and academically smart. like whenever another character does something objectively bad it’s “well there were extenuating circumstances,” (which is usually true and i agree !!) but ford never really seems to get that treatment. if he does something bad it’s just because he sucks

a big example of this i think is the fight between him and stan (y’know the “you ruined my life”/“you ruined your own life”). you cannot look me dead in the eyes and, in full seriousness, with the context of everything ford was going through with bill at the time, say that he was fully mentally/emotionally stable during that conversation. “oh so you’re blaming stan-“ NO!!! stan was also going through it!!! that’s the entire point - they’re both people with their own lives and emotions and everything else that comes with that, they had very human reactions to their respective situations, and they both ended up hurt!! hopefully i’m explaining this right but i just don’t like it when people pin everything on ford, like there was a lot going on and at the end of the day he’s just a human

wasn’t really sure how to work this in so i’ll just put it here - i don’t think ford ever truly hated stan, either. familial bonds are complicated, and there can be a whole lot of anger towards someone without true hatred being present. i briefly mentioned the stans’ childhood sucking earlier, and i don’t just mean stanley - it’s easier to pinpoint him as a victim of abuse/neglect, but that doesn’t mean ford had it great either. their parents (specifically filbrick, but caryn didn’t exactly do a fantastic job with them either) expected nothing of stan and the world of ford, both of which would weigh heavily on any child. plus, ford being the favorite doesn’t mean all of his emotional needs were met - filbrick seeing him as an opportunity to make money doesn’t mean he was suddenly an emotionally present and caring father towards him. WCT wasn’t just an opportunity for ford to go be a famous scientist or whatever - it was a chance for his father to love him, something both of the stans desperately wanted. (WCT was also on the opposite side of the country from where they lived but i’m sure that’s completely unrelated !!!)

do i think stan deserved anything that happened to him after the science fair incident? no, absolutely not, he was a child. do i think it was right of ford to just stand there as his brother got thrown out? no, absolutely not - but he was a child too. as for them not speaking for a decade after that, like i mentioned earlier ford can hold a grudge like no other. (this doesn’t just apply to stan, either, ford dedicated half of his life to trying to kill his ex lmao.) i think ford’s ability to hold on to anger like that is actually a pretty major part of/flaw in his personality, but again, anger - even the strongest, most long-lived of it - is not synonymous with hatred. stan, who ford has always gone to for help when he truly needed it, it not what ford’s hatred looks like. bill, who ford actively wants to die, is

anyways!! i never know how to close these things lol. ig in summary i just see ford’s behavior (in the show at least) as more of a sign of internal struggle rather than like ,, genuinely hating the people around him and wanting their lives to suck. did/does he have an ego problem? absolutely. is he incapable of love and human connection? no. is he immune to manipulation/abuse/neglect/etc and everything that comes with that? also no

he’s an interdimensional criminal why can’t he go to the theraprism. i think he should

Capitol Hierarchy

I was inspired by this post and my need to have order on my ideas. This valid for all my lore I do for the Families I have interest in (Snow, Harrington,etc) and the ones I made up like The Dorrance 💖

Fair warning this just a ramble that I did out of nowhere. I know absolute almost nothing abt Antique Rome and I have a very basic knowlodge of USA, this only for fun so feel free to disagree or ignore if u dont like my headcanons☝️

1. Patricians

This one is subdivided in 3 subclasses (that are manifestations of power, not categories of its own that exist in Capitol).

I. Politics. I believe the founder families are usually engaged in this aspect. Especially when talking of positions that are relevant inside the goverment and more permanent than for example Senators (where is common some members of lowers Families can be.) Families that I include in this: Phipps. Dovecote. Not a rule but usually the people here shouldn't be able to own or participe directly in Business, because they are already participating of Politics (ofc no one fucking respect this, yet they try hard to be discreet about it).

II. Military Class. Considering how much it depend Panem all its History from Militar power. I don't believe is a reach say this a very influent root in Society. However the families here can't go into Politics. Not directly at least, is not a law but most of some mutual agreeing, to avoid internal conflict. Clearly this something that people ignore many times. Also this an area that as time pass Post Tbosas Era, only gain more influence. Family I include in this: Snow (Yes, Coriolanus do explicit gonna break the mutual agreement). Harrington* (Explainning this later).

Relevant point I'm picturing here people trying to do monopoly shit in that sector. Is not like they are forbbide of get into other business of other kind but not so common that happen.

III. Economy Class. Now the order I put, is simply to give an order, not a real indicative of which subclass is in reality more powerful. I mention this because I feel many of the families that own or hold some big economical power by own business of diverse kind could influence in a direct and indirect way politics, even more than Military one or the older families. Also this a nice moment to explain that the Patricians in general are identified because this people that in Politics are involved in it. Even if Patricians from Military Class im theory shouldn't go after Politicial positions, still this the type of people that you as a politician should care to be in good terms with. Hope this make sense.

Family I include in this: Cardew. And of course shot out to the Heavesbean cult. Too not surprises if I dont mention certain families, I mention the ones that I have headcanons and these aren't many. 😔😔

2. Equestrians

Similar it will have a subdivision internal that Im using to explain but that dont exist within the universe, sorry for any confusion.

I. Militar Force. In Patricians Militar Class like I say, I picture mostly owners of the Military Complex that supply the forces and even go futher steps. These families could or no belong for real to the Army. Now here we talk of "minor" owners of that Industry that for general belong to Army. Mostly the two particular roots of Army: Air Force and Navy. You may think, they would get along but that's not the case. Especially I would say Air Force and Navy are always in conflict with Army (you know. The ones in combat on earth and in charge of Police duties). Here is too were Im gonna explain Harrington Family. Because I believe they gain the Patrician title after the service of Commander Pliny Father during the war, this not add nothing except when we remember my complot of Harrington and Plinth. The worst families dinner happen for this.

II. Business Force. Again. Here go all these companies and business. Like my inspiration post, its very possible its people doing products of not first neccesity but I would say the big distintion here is mostly this people still not have such a big influence in Politics like the Patricians babes. Like, they CAN BE THERE, mostly they end up as senators but they are far yet of have their voices hear in these type of matters, but the ascent social for them is a big yes, it would just need some effort extra but its a thing that happen a lit. Here go my delulu ass: The Dorrance with actives in D3.

III. Intellectual Force. I was thinking of Education and Institutions, the type of circles that influence in the ideological aspect of society, even if not in a noticeable way but this have a lot to do with Culture, but like the so bad called "high culture" thats basically patriotism. Also like the Patricians nepotism is always the best buddy of this people, in general of this category but the buddies here yeah. Kinda take it faaar. Here go the best fam: Highbottom.

IV. Communication and entertainment. In development. The more louder from here. Always surronder to Patricians interest. Its influence in the Districts its almost non existing. It will be developed more power and impact later on.

3. Plebeians

Normal citizens from Capitol. Subdivided in three:

I. Celebs. Famous people with ties to War or to Communication and Entertainment industriesUsually they are rich (but they can be too at best middle class) and deepy admired by people.

II. High Plebeians. People that can pay a departament. Have high qualificate jobs. They managed to study or small business owners. They tend to have big debts. Our fav old gay uncle: Pluribus Bell.

III. Low Plebeians. They have servant jobs or informal ones. Drawn in debts. The one that probably end up in high risky jobs or doing unhealthy practices. A not so small part of the population.

4. The Plinth Case: Libertini

This is my favorite part, literally this whole post was born because I wanted to answer the Plinth thing, and I was like, “oh shit I guess I should have an idea more or less how the other layers of society work in the Capitol.” So answering the million dollar question: the Plinth are citizens of the Capitol with what all that means? I think they are, but with their particularities, they are a “yes but…”

The Plinth (marriage) exist as their own category within the Capitol. Their papers say Libertinus (Sejanus will be clarified later). And there are several conditions, first I don't think any of them could have any criminal record, as sad enough Strabo can't shoot it dumb people, but yes, I think if their record is tainted, there will be no choice but to send them back to Two,,,,but punished obviously.

I was also thinking about whether there would be some kind of restriction on travel, and after consideration I think it's possible. As obviously Strabo can travel between districts in case he has to do business, but it's a Strabo only thing, no taking his family on vacation (something in theory a Plebeian could do, though most of them could never dream of vacationing in the districts, not after the war tho lmao), and again, if the rule is broken, you're screwed.

Likewise I suspect Strabo wouldn't be able to own much property within the Capitol. He could not have 5 apartments if he wanted to (the number needed to maybe make a house/j). And the most important: Strabo Plinth nor his wife could ever attempt to run for political office. It's not all bad, I think these 3 points could be negotiated years later, fixed and adjusted, if they can be persuasive enough, perhaps. And since they can have cards, bank accounts, be super rich, and even vote, is all good, they would just have to do it, consciously, if you know what I mean.

They shoudn't forget who was the great president that let them move in, and it would be nice if they would show how grateful they are, by making donations, to repair what their people broke, to help the city that has received them with open arms. Also they are not forbidden to study, as of course they can, just find someone who wants to have you in their school, and of course they could get a nice apartment, in a neighborhood where no one would make a fuss over a family from the district.

4.5 The promise. Sejanus Case

Sejanus came to the Capitol very young, but he was not a baby either, even so he was symbolically granted the status of a Plebeian. He keeps in fact the same restrictions as his parents, but his papers say Plebeian, which is a victory, but who knows. If Sejanus has children, they would be 100% Plebeians, and if in turn those children have their own children, they would be assured of their position, enough to work hard and maybe one day they will be Equestrians and in a few more generations, maybe one will be born, at last worthy of being a Patrician.

Something like that Ravinstill said to Strabo, which seems very reasonable doesn't it?

5. Avoxes

Finally. We are close to shutting me up, just an important reminder that the subdivisions I mentioned above are mostly explanatory, I think on paper there are only 3 statuses (+Plinth Case), and in reality the dynamics I wrote about obviously have had their exceptional cases, or fluctuate, also the internal order is not necessarily indicative of who status holds more power, because again, that kind of thing flow all the time, but is a well reference of how thing works. Tbh I think the only ones that are trapped in a rigid status are the Plinth, but well with them the Libertini thing dies so…

Now let's go with the Avoxes. I will talk not so much about subdivisions but about before the war and after the war. Something striking to me is that before and during the war we are mentioned servants, I hope it does not sound strange what I say, and I suspect they had tongues, along legs too, to eat.

I think the concept of Avox already existed before the dark days, only they were not so common, they were a less reduced number, and I think they were always forced to do jobs that no one wanted to do (that business underground) although perhaps they had companions with tongues even at that time, but mainly I see they were lab rats. Like that frog thing that television says people do in science class, just on a large scale to practice in certain fields, like Medicine, Biology, Pharmacists, etc.

If they were already used for domestic work - parties, I think that happened, with some rich families who indulged to it like a whim but after the war, there is an overproduction of avoxes. There are so many of them, what to do with them? I don't think that their use in the tasks I already mentioned is disappearing, but it is expanding, and eventually because they are cheap labor (free), they end up dominating little by little the domestic market, like, who better than a former traitor to help you make your bed.

I can see advertising like that, and then the avoxes start flooding the houses, although not all avoxes, there are from avoxes to avoxes you know? But that's a talk to another day.

I’m dreading the third game of Spiderman might kill off Harry :/ either he’s goblin (solo or probably along with daddy-o) and dies a la Hero Sacrifice. Or kept comatose and in the end with grim results the decision is to pull the plug on him. idk I feel Harry’s fate is doom and gloom. But they could have killed Harry at the end of this sequel giving a strong motivation for Norman to be the Goblin and hatred for Spider-Man…yet they didn’t. idk rambling thoughts. What do you think?

Personally i can see both options. I saw someone in the tags of my last headcanon post say that it wouldnt make sense to save him from death in this game only to kill him in the next. On some level i get that, why wait when you could do it now?

I have two worst case scenarios in my head:

Harry wakes up from his coma w amnesia a la the third Tobey Maguire movie. Hes unaware of Pete being Spider-Man and Peter, thinking hes protecting Harry, wont tell him. This may cause a rift in their friendship when Harry finds out - or if Norman ends up going goblin and dies - Spider-Man is to blame in Harrys eyes and he'll go after him then. To me this is a tired trope of Harry getting an intense hatred for Spidey and wanting to kill him over his father. It always felt out of character for me and i truly TRULY hope they dont go this route.

Harry becomes the Kobold. In the comics, Kobold is essentially Harrys way of making the Green Goblin a good guy. If he still wants to fight by Peters side, he'll find a way to do it. Kobold would make a lot of sense to me personally, as it kind of continues their dynamic from this game. Then at the end theres a heros sacrifice to be made and Harry goes for it despite Peters protests. This would be lazy to me too though because he essential already did the heros sacrifice in this game. Seems like theyd just want us to have more time with him to love him even more, just to make losing him hurt worse. I wouldn't put it past an intrepid writer to think they could make it work, but it just seems lazy to me.

Actual best case scenario for me though? Harry wakes up as the g-serum is being injected. Hes against being his dads experiment all over again so he runs and finds Peter. Hes not aware of his pseudo-retirement, he just goes straight to the place thats always been his safe haven; Peters home. He asks Peter to hide him from his dad. Tries to explain everything but hes exhausted and frantic. Peter agrees and they take him into hiding.

Norman, ever the expert deflector, doesnt see this as a failing on his part. Hes convinced spider-man had something to do with his son escaping so he puts out a hit on him. Hes ready, willing, and able to capture and kill at least one of the two spider-men it doesnt matter. We see him pardon Wilson Fisk for this job, and when Fisk cant do it, he has to. Normans going to go Goblin. I know it, i can feel it in my bones.

Miles asks Peter to get back in action and he does. Fisk, plus potentially Otto again, plus this brand new villain in town is too much for any one person to handle. Heres where i see Harry becoming a "Guy In The Chair" for Peter like Ganke is for Miles. Two Guys in the Chair helping the spider-men is definitely better than one. I could also see Harrys goblin powers start to emerge but he keeps pushing them down. Last time he gave into power it didnt end well for anyone.

In an effort to not write out the entire plot of the game as i see fit (because itd be long and there are so many moving pieces and characters and IDEK WHERE THEYRE GONNA PUT SILK IN-), i think if Harry does take on the cowl he'll be doing so against his father. I think i see Harry becoming Goblin/Kobold to fight against Norman and ultimately try to help Peter/Miles. This is where i see Harry either accidentally killing Norman or Norman killing his son (and of course, blaming Spider-Man)

There is also room, in my mind, to bring back Venom a la Lethal Protector/Agent Venom. But tbh if they do, i would much rather Venom go to Eddie Brock or Flash Thompson. But thats just the separate Venom Fangirl Entity within me.

Ultimately my hope of course is that Harry not die and they dont go down that all too tired and hackneyed trope of Harry growing to hate Peter dor whatever reason. I truly TRULY hope they dont go that route it is just SO tired and lazy. I want them to stay close and loving. Whatever route they go with will be SO MUCH MORE IMPACTFUL if Harry Osborn lives and doesnt make a full 180 on his best friend for no good reason.

any headcanons on minecraft writing systems?

yes! sorry for the late answer i just rambled out loud for fifteen minutes about this but okay so naturally occurring languages such as Sumerian, Latin, Chinese, etc are strongly influenced by the medium they were written in

for example, take Old Norse, a language whose characters (runes) are very stiff and angular. as it goes, these were carved into rock a lot, as i dont think the Norse had paper. this makes sense because a straight line is easier to chisel into rock than a curved one. there's an indigenous language i read about where they carve the letters into leaves, so the shapes are like that to avoid tearing the leaf! the Chinese invented paper and their script is long and flowing and traditionally painted with a pen and ink.

the Standard Galactic Alphabet, the alphabet written for Commander Keen, was adapted to Minecraft to be used as the enchanting table script. it is is very angular and contains almost no curving lines. see below:

you would have no problem carving this into a wall. pretty cool how well that works out, yeah?

now with all of this said, my theory is this: the Minecraft Enchanting Table Language was a naturally constructed language and was originally carved into hard things before it was translated to paper. given most people's ideas of how enchanting works in-game (inscribing it physically directly into the object in question), this lines up perfectly, and also fits with the Grindstone: grindstones irl do exactly that, use a rough edge to grind surfaces clean. it fits!! it all fits!!!! waow!!!!

like my other headcanon posts im probably gonna ramble about how i think cog society works but also have more character focused headcanons. this is also mainly about ttcc since i havent played rewritten enough to get to any of the extra stuff it add

-i think about how the managers work a lot, mainly their durability to gags and hp amount so i kinda mentally headcanon them as having more built up frames instead of just being skelecogs. the lengths of which that goes depends on the bot, like i think prethinker and duckshuffler are just marginally upgraded skelecogs because of their hp while chainsaw consultant is closer to a full on android because of how extensively his frame has been modified

-following up on that i think managers get upgrades to their frame as they prove to be more loyal and valuable in COGS which applies to nonmanagers as well (like higher level= better frame upgrades)

-i may end up drawing this eventually but i like to imagine chip as having leather parts of his frame where his joints are. kind of like how 80s animatronics look without any of the fur but still with a plastic shell around their frame if that makes sense.

-anyway he has other animatronic traits beyond the shell, like his eyes being that cartoony painted plastic balls. they probably were shinier at some point but the paint chipped away and he never bothered to redo it cause hed have to spray clear paint/sealer/primer RIGHT into his eyes

-my last post mentioned something like how chip gained weight after becoming a manager since he wasn't working a manual labor job anymore. now with the upgraded frame thing im thinking its probably because he had extra modifications to his frame. maybe that came with the override too or something.. aghh

anyway i got really excited to draw animatronic eyes and spent an hour on that.

i was gonna draw him with bigass anime eyes but i remembered i have to post this. perhaps another day
